Grove Community Housing Association, Belfast

Background - Grove Community Housing Association is an established provider of social and affordable housing in North Belfast. They work closely with the local community, offering housing and quality services to all residents. As part of their ESG initiatives, the organisation has invested in EV charging points to align with their sustainability goals.

Challenge - Grove Community Housing Association needed a fast, reliable and cost-effective EV charging solution for their staff's own vehicles and one fleet vehicle at their office premises.

Solution - Grove Community Housing Association partnered with Weev for the complete business charging package. This included everything from the grant application process to the installation of the chargers and the setting up of a full back-office management system.  With the CPMS system, the team can review and manage their charger usage and access a full reporting system.

Weev conducted a thorough assessment of the site to determine the optimal placement of chargers and charging capacity. As a result, three 7.4kW chargers were installed at their offices, along with an additional cable for two more chargers, ensuring convenient charging for staff.

Through this partnership, Grove Community Housing Association  successfully boosted its ESG goals and laid a strong foundation for future initiatives.
