EV Charging Grants Information & Support
EV Infrastructure Grant for Staff and Fleets - ENDS 31ST MARCH 2027
This grant is for small and medium-sized businesses. An EV infrastructure grant gives you money off the cost of wider building and installation work that’s needed to install multiple chargepoint sockets.
The work can be for sockets you want to install now and in the future. For example, an EV infrastructure grant can cover things like wiring and posts.

GRANT FAQS
❓Can I combine grants from different schemes?
In some cases, yes. OZEV WCS and the OZEV Infrastructure Grant can be used together for the same project. SEAI grants in Ireland are typically applied per installation. Our team will review your specific situation and maximise what's available to you.
❓ How long does a grant application take?
SEAI and OZEV applications typically take 2–6 weeks to process. Weev submits your application as early as possible in the project timeline so there's no delay to your installation.
❓ Do I need to wait for grant approval before Weev installs?
Not always. In many cases we can proceed with installation and manage the grant process in parallel. We'll advise you on the best approach for your specific scheme.
❓ What if I've already installed chargers can I still apply?
Retrospective applications are generally not accepted by SEAI or OZEV. If you have existing chargers without grant funding, get in touch we can advise on your options and ensure any future expansion is fully grant-supported.
❓ Is there a cost to Weev managing my grant application?
No. Grant application support is included as part of every Weev installation. It's something we do because it's the right thing for our clients, not because we charge extra for it.
